My favorite Tea

This is what you need.

This will blow your mind. Two of these plants are used for decoration in almost every neighborhood in the world. Yet nobody even
has a clue that they are edible- and some of the most powerful medicine you can get.

One of these neighborhood plants is a strong source of organic sulfur. In my
book Heal Yourself 101, I mentioned getting MSM as your source of sulfur. Consider this an upgrade. Forget the store-bought powder. My goal is to find you the best natural sources within walking distance of your house. This is kind of a new thrill of mine- to find new ways to become totally self-sufficient at no cost and still having the time of your life. I forward this information to you as fast as I get it. And I try it all out on myself first. As for MSM, I personally never noticed any real benefits taking it, even though we all need sulfur. Do you know where that stuff comes from? Paper factories that grind up pine trees. I was like you- I hear of a hot new product- I run and go try it out. I don't know about you, but I am tired of spending money on stuff that 1. tastes bad and 2. costs money.
So here is your answer.

You will be downright shocked when you realize how amzing this tea tastes. Even if you only have one or two of the three
ingredients, that's fine too. Just make it with only ONE ingredient then. You will still get lots of amazing benefits.

Here is another fun food I just ate. I took the Dandelion Bread and Apple sauce recipe out of the
Free Food and Medicine DVD set recipe booklet and added some papaya and bee pollen. Wow ! You have to try this texture and taste combination! Apple sauce by the way is so simple it's laughable. Simply put 3 or 4 apples in the Vitamix or any strong blender and blend. That's it ! Pound down aggresively with the plunger while it's running and if you leave the seeds in or not is your choice. Some say they are poisonous, but I myself have left them in a few times and had no problems. But most people leave the seeds out. For the dandelion bread, I replaced the wheat germ with half cup pf chia and half cup of ground up flax seeds and it worked great.

Dandelion Bread

fill blender with 2/3 dandelion greens
add 1 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds ground in coffee grinder
7 pitted dates
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

Blend and spread flat onto Teflex dehydrator tray so it's only 1/8 inch thick (about 5 mm) dehydrate 115 degrees F (45C) for 12 hours
When ready, top with fresh apple sauce

Apple Sauce
3 or 4 apples in high speed blender
1 teaspoon cinammon
pinch sea salt

break dandelion bread into bite size squares, top with papaya pieces, apple sauce and local bee pollen. (local is important for health)
