My breakfast drink this morning:
wild greens, rinsed w water
water from 2 coconuts
4 dates, pitted
1 apple
3 tablespooms Tocotrienols
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons Almond butter
sometimes I add some pineapple or papaya

Nothing comes close to the power, vitality and nutrition in wild plants. They are survivors. They don't need to get watered like wimpy garden plants.
