Picture of my kitchen. This is what I eat- all raw fruits and vegetables. No cooking, easy fast preparation. Mainly all blender food.

It's pretty simple. Buy everything that looks good in the grocery produce section (not just sweet fruits!) and just throw stuff together when you're hungry. Everyone's taste is different. Listen to your body- it will tell you what it needs. Just remember to have lots of dark leafy greens every day... and believe it or not they go with everything. I put Kale and grass in my morning fruit smoothie and it tastes great. Don't overdo the sweet stuff- even natural sugar- everything in balance.

Anyway, here are some samples of what I eat with actual pictures and ingredients. I don't have a lot of time so this is all stuff I can throw together quickly. Since there's no cooking, just put everything right into a bowl and eat! Forget calling it "main course" or "desert"- with raw food, everything can be your main course- even fruit. Use this as a starting point to whatever works for you. Use a heavy duty blender like a VITAMIX- it liquifies everything in seconds. Have fun!

Mango

fresh chopped ginger
juice of 1 lime
sea salt

QUICK MEAL 1 (in VITAMIX)
1 possible combination:

coconut (water and meat)
red leaf lettuce or kale
pineapple
asparagus
parsley
sprouts
celery
little Nama Shoyu

use anything you have lying around. Coconut water is the sweet liquid base for everything. See bottom how to open a coconut.

1/3 fresh squeezed orange juice
1/3 Nama Shoyu (raw unpasteurized soy sauce)
1/3 olive oil

Mix and let soak for 1 hour in fridge to soften Kale

spicy thai cabbage salad with cashews

Spicy Thai Cabbage
Red cabbage
raw cashews
scallions
raisins
cilantro
sea salt

raw nut butter
apple cider vinegar
hot chili oil
sesame oil

raw silicon salad with okra and nopales cactus

SILICON SALAD
(Silica is good for skin, bones, joints, hair, teeth, lungs etc)

Red leaf lettuce,
Cucumber,
Okra,
Nopales (cactus),
Onion

Dressing: Orange juice, Nama Shoyu, Olive oil

Nuts- shake in bag with Agave Nectar, Sea Salt, Cayenne

note: put the okra and cactus in just before you eat. Their high silica content makes them slimy after an hour- that's natural and ok

RAW FRUIT PIE
Raw fruit pies are now available at most health food stores. This one is from "Go Raw" here in Las Vegas. (I added more fruit). These are NOT cooked or baked, all ingredients are raw and simply mixed together.

Blueberries
coconut oil
agave nectar
cashews
lemon juice
vanilla
sea salt

The crust is ground nuts and dates

In Blender:
coconut water

FAVA BEANS
Fava beans are great for growth hormones and male prostate support

Fresh raw Fava Beans
olive oil
minced garlic
minced hot pepper
touch of apple cider vinegar
sea salt

KALE FUN SALAD

Again mix whatever you want with the kale.
This one has tomatoes, sprouts, cucumber,red leaf lettuce, mustard greens, onions,cilantro, garlic, radishes, sea salt, Sauerkraut

Dressing- equal parts of fresh orange juice, Nama Shoyu, Olive oil

The crumbs- Lydia's Organics Luna Nori Sprinkles

Mix and let soak for 1 hour in fridge to soften Kale

12 Cacao beans
meat and juice of 1 coconut
7 raw cashews
1 big tablespoon coconut oil
3 teaspoons Agave nectar
cinnamon

HOW TO OPEN A WHITE COCONUT
I don't know if there is an easy way, but this is how I do it.

Use fresh young white Thai coconuts, not the brown hairy kind. The white ones have softer flesh, are sweeter and more versatile. They are filled with a clear watery liquid and lined with a soft white meat that has the consistency of, well, uh,... meat.

How to chop open a coconut.Fresh young Thai white coconuts can be cut open with a cleaver to remove the liquid and meat inside

I chop off the tip with a cleaver

then I cut a hole in the exposed flesh

drain liquid into blender

chop in half with a mighty WHACK

scoop out fleshy meat and add to liquid in blender

how to get rid of the bad taste of wheatgrass- that's right- fresh wheat grass without the nasty taste

The natiest tasting stuff on this planet is pure wheatgrass juice. Unfortunately it's also some of the most powerful medicine there is. I may have come upon an answer though. I buy a tray of grass like the image on the left, and throughout the week I cut off big chunks with scissors and simply put it in my Vitamix drinks (fruit, vegies, doesn't matter- green goes with everything). The powerful blender liquifies everything. For some reason the grass is almost tasteless- maybe because it's mixed with the fiber? I dunno but it seems to work!
