Solar house powered by sunlight

Just like Disneyland, this place is high tech underneath. Most of the place is powered by energy created from sunlight. Each room has batteries charged by solar panels on the roof. Timers and motion sensors turn on lights, entertainment etc. Everything from the big-screen surround sound system to outdoor landscape lighting, the kitchen lights and studio computers are powered by solar.

The water heater is the same hi-tech tankless type used on the space shuttle. About the size of a phone book, it stays normally off but creates instant hot water on demand.
