This is one of our favorite snack foods. Great for traveling, hiking or grab-n-go. For those who are used to deli slices, this is a fun transition food and for long time vegans this is just a great texture and taste. Its flexible and great for snacks and salads. A Great Way of Snacking

This is how Cara and I snack when watching TV. Its a great way to snack, using available resources. I usually keep pineapple, papaya, avocado and onion available at all times for this reason. The cool thing is you eat until you're full and there's your meal!
