I'm always trying to find ways to speed up animation and make it also more realistic, so what better than to use video footage of an actual face on a 3D model? The audio is already attached. I smoothed out the features on the 3D head except for the nose. Remember the talking head in the crystal ball at the haunted mansion ride in Disneyland? This is kinda like that. It's a wraparound projection that is stuck onto the head.
